§ Sir E. GriggMy Noble Friend has been anxious to do everything possible to facilitate the work and increase the convenience of the representatives of newspapers of neutral countries. Further measures are being taken for the purpose indicated in the latter part of the question. The representatives of these newspapers have had full access to the specialist and other sections of the News Division of the Ministry for the purpose of discussing particular problems.
