§ Mr. E. BrownThe Military Service (Hardship) Committee covering the West Ham area will sit at the Stratford Employment Exchange, and the East Ham Committee at the East Ham Employment Exchange. Hardship Committees in the county of Essex will sit at the Barking, Chelmsford, Colchester, Dagenham, Grays, Ilford, Ley ton, Romford and Southend Employment Exchanges. Invitations have been sent to all chairmen and members of the panels of courts of referees in these areas to serve on the Hardship Committees, and, in so far as they are willing, they will constitute the personnel of those committees. Sittings of some of the above committees will commence next week.
