§ Sir K. WoodRoad motor vehicles are hired on the most advantageous terms obtainable, normally as a result of open competitive tendering. Payments are made as soon as possible after the service has been rendered, or at regular monthly intervals. Generally speaking, full payment has been made for services rendered up to the end of August, 1939, and settlement of accounts for many hirings made later has also been effected.
