§ Mr. ColvilleThe following have been appointed members of the Council by the Ministers until the 31st March, 1942:
J. T. Bennett, Esq. John McCrindle, Esq., J.P., F.Z.S. J. Bradshaw, Esq. J. V. Breach, Esq. George A. Marnoch, Esq. Adam Brown, Esq., J.P. P. P. Phillips, Esq. Alexander Cowie, Esq. Provost M. Schultze. N. A. Suffling, Esq. James Donaldson, Esq. H. Sutton, Esq. R. J. Tripp, Esq. John Gardner, Esq. J. E. Tulip, Esq. D. Hillman, Esq. John Veitch, Esq. W. Johnson, Esq. Alexander Wood, Esq. G. Lumsden, Esq. D. A. Macrae, Esq. In accordance with the Herring Industry Act, the Chairman of the Council will be such member of the Herring Industry Board as the board may from time to time appoint. Mr. George Hogarth, the chairman of the board, has been asked to act in this capacity at present.
