§ Captain WallaceI regret that pressure of work in the offices of the traffic area licensing authorities has not made it possible to extend the published statistics 1433W of vehicles authorised under A, B and C licences on the lines suggested in the report of the Baillie Committee. I will consider the matter further when the burden of defence preparations in these offices diminishes.
