WarrenderA scheme has already been promulgated for granting a number of Regular commissions in the Royal Army Service Corps to selected officers of the Supplementary Reserve and the Territorial Army, without requiring 2089W them to pass the usual examination. The extension of the scheme to other arms of the Service is under consideration.
