§ Mr. PeakeA minimum joint wage of £100 a year is required in these cases and my right hon. Friend is informed that the prospective employer of Mr. and Mrs. Diamant is prepared to pay this wage. The Society of Friends have submitted the case to my right hon. Friend on this basis, and a decision will be reached within the next day or two.
