§ Sir K. WoodThe arbitration proceedings in respect of the acquisition of Ringwolde Farm, Wallop, Hampshire, by my Department resulted in the claimant being awarded the sum of £13,501 13s. in full settlement of his claim, subject to a payment to the Air Ministry of £105 towards costs and the payment of fees (£133 19s.) on the arbitrator's award. In addition, the Air Ministry is paying an agreed sum of £90 7s respect of an item not covered by the arbitration proceedings.
