§ Mr. E. BrownThe nearest Exchange for Coseley residents is at Bilston, from 1½ to three miles away. Those attending at Dudley, Tipton or Wolverhampton do so voluntarily because they habitually look for employment there. In the circumstances I do not feel that the provision of separate premises at Coseley would be justified.
