§ Mr. Elliot:During my recent tours in the rural areas of Wales I lost no opportunity of impressing upon representatives of local authorities the desirability of securing the provision of adequate water supplies in their areas. I cannot, however, at present hold out any prospect of legislation authorising further special financial aid for these supplies.
