§ Mr. RamsbothamI have seen the circular letter addressed to hon. Members by the Press Gallery. The question of amplification was recently considered by a meeting representative of all parties, under the chairmanship of Mr. Speaker, and it was regretfully but unanimously decided that no steps could be taken. I can, therefore, add nothing to the replies made by or on behalf of my predecessor to questions on this subject on the 1st and 2nd May last.
