Macdonaldasked the First Commissioner of Works whether he can now give an assurance that satisfactory arrangements have been made to secure that Parliament and the principal Government Departments which would be concerned with the administration of a war, such as the Admiralty, War Office, Air Ministry, Foreign Office, Board of Trade, Ministry of Information, and others, could function efficiently?
