§ Mr. F. O. ROBERTSNo record is, I regret, kept of the number of need pensions which are either increased or decreased for various reasons in the course of a year. With regard to the second part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to the hon. Members for Middlesbrough, West (Mr. Griffith) and Bristol, East (Mr. W. Baker) on the 9th instant, of which I am sending him a copy. I am not yet in a position to add anything to that answer.
