§ Commander Marsdenasked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been drawn to the numerous accidents that occur on the main road between Egham and Sunningdale, the most recent resulting in a fatal accident to a pedestrian, last Saturday, opposite the Wheat-sheaf Hotel; and what steps he proposes to take to make this road safer both for pedestrian and wheeled traffic?
§ Captain WallaceAn investigation is now being made into the causes of accidents which have occurred on this section of trunk road during the past 12 months, in order to ascertain to what extent road conditions have been a contributory cause and what remedial measures may be necessary.
