§ Captain WallaceTwenty-six schemes of major importance for the improvement of the London-Edinburgh-Thurso Road have been approved, and following is a list of these schemes. On 14 of them work has already been started and others will be put in hand within the next few months.
In addition to these major schemes a large number of minor schemes have been, or are being, carried out.
