On that date, in the Board's administrative areas of Hull (1) and (2), the boundaries of which extend beyond the County Borough of Kingston-upon-Hull, the number of winter additions authorised was 2,651, equivalent to 43 per cent. of the number of assessments for unemployment allowances then current.
