BrownI have no authority to issue instructions to the Courts of Referees or Umpires under the Unemployment Insurance Acts, to whom I assume my hon. and gallant Friend refers, but I have no doubt that they will take into account all the relevant facts which are put to them in any case which comes before them in accordance with the provisions of the Acts.
