§ Mr. LloydIt is an offence under the Defence Regulations to supply petrol to consumers except against the surrender of coupons and several prosecutions have already been undertaken. In addition, garage proprietors can only obtain fresh supplies on surrender to their suppliers of the requisite number of coupons.
