§ Sir K. WoodSelections for cadetships are made twice a year from among the apprentices passing out of the training establishments. All those who have obtained at least 70 per cent, marks in the Passing-Out Examination are considered on each occasion. The numbers considered in 1936, 1937 and 1938 were 122, 130 and 191, respectively.
