MorrisonNo outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease has occurred in England, Wales or Scotland in any herd appearing in the Register of Herds officially attested under the Tuberculosis (Attested Herds) Schemes which were inaugurated on 1st February, 1935. I regret that no records exist indicating the number of outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease during the years 1932 to 1937, originating in herds (other than attested herds) which had been tested with tuberculin.
