There can be no question of any mass settlement of Jews in Kenya, nor of disturbing the lands allotted for native occupation. What is being examined is the possibility of the settlement of a number of Jewish families on individual holdings or in small groups1552W elsewhere. I am not yet in a position to make a more particular statement.
