§ Mr. BernaysIt is for the Glamorgan County Council to choose a site for the new ward in the first instance and my right hon. Friend understands that they have not yet taken a decision. My right hon. Friend has suggested to the council that the new ward should be situated on the Cardiff side of Bridgend and that the Neath ward should be kept open for the present.
