§ Mr. ColvilleInventories are open to public inspection at a fee of 1s. each under Act of Sederunt of 16th July, 1929, made by the Court of Session under statutory power to regulate fees with the concurrence of the Treasury. The matter is primarily for the consideration of the court but I am informed that, in consequence of representations made to the court, inquiries are being made with a view to the matter being submitted to the Sheriff Court Rules Council for consideration.
