§ Mr. ColvilleI regret that it would not be possible, without considerable expenditure of time and money, to make a comprehensive analysis of the movements of agricultural rents in Scotland during the post-war period. I am, however, sending the right hon. Gentleman a copy of a recent paper published by the Agricultural Economics Society which contains some data of the kind he desires based on an examination of a number of farms in the Border area.
