§ Captain WallaceIt is not in general the practice to employ persons under the age of 21 years on such duties. A very small proportion of the Assistant Inspector grade in the Insurance Departments of the Ministry of Health and Department of Health for Scotland may be engaged on the inspection of insurance cards whilst under this age.
