§ Mr. LloydMy right hon. Friend is informed by the Chief Constable of Lincolnshire that proceedings are taken in his area when evidence is obtained that gaming machines are being used for the purpose of unlawful gaming. There is no reason to believe that similar action is not taken in appropriate cases by the police in other parts of the country.
