asked the President of the Board of Trade (1) whether he can state the quantity and value of matches imported into this country for the past three years and from what foreign countries;

(2) the quantity and value of matches imported into this country for the past three years, and from what foreign countries?

The following table shows the quantity and declared value of the undermentioned descriptions of carpets, carpeting and rugs, imported into the United Kingdom during the year 1937, distinguishing the principal countries of consignment.
