§ Lieut.-Colonel MuirheadThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part the relations are in general those that normally exist between a trade association and a Government Department that has contractual dealings with members of the association. They are, of course, of a particularly close nature at the present time in view of the requirements of the expansion programme.
