§ Lieut.-Colonel MuirheadMy Noble Friend has just received the report of the Cadman Committee. The report contains a number of recommendations requiring Government decision. The Government will at once consider these recommendations and will publish the report together with their decisions when the necessary decisions have been taken. I cannot at present name a date by which publication will take place, but in any case opportunity will be given to the House for the discussion of the report.
