§ Mr. ShakespeareLocally-entered industrial employés at naval establishments abroad, with the exception of Singapore, are granted five public holidays with pay per annum; at Singapore only three such holidays a year are allowed. At Malta, Gibraltar, Bermuda and Simonstown, in addition to the five holidays, three extra public holidays with pay are granted.
