Friend is aware that in recent months the price of heavy horses has shown a downward tendency while the price of light horses has been maintained; he has received and is considering the resolution mentioned in the second part of the question; as regards the third part, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Evesham (Mr. De la Bère) on 14th November.
