§ Mr. Dayasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education whether he will give particulars of the number of teachers, men and women, who have been exchanged between Great Britain and the Dominions under arrangements made by the League of the Empire for the 12 months ended to the last convenient date, giving particulars of the number of same that were employed in elementary schools, secondary schools, and training colleges?

Green) on 1st November, it is the practice of the Board to urge local education authorities to make a greater use of their powers where the existing provision of free meals appears to be inadequate or unsuitable for the needs of the area.
