§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreAs I explained in a reply to the hon. Member for Derby (Mr. Noel-Baker) on 21st July, the road works in British Somaliland required for the transit traffic are being carried out by the Government of the Protectorate with local labour. So far as I am aware that arrangement still holds good and no Italian workmen are employed on such works.
