§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe chairman of the Commission of Enquiry is due to reach this country on 6th November, and until I have consulted him I cannot say when the Commission's report will be submitted. I did not ask for an interim report, and have received no suggestions from the Commission that they desire to frame one.
