I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given to the hon. Member for Seaham (Mr. Shinwell) on 17th November, 1936, on this subject. As there stated, the Japanese Government representatives voted against the Convention, the Australian Government representative voted in favour of it, and the representative of the Canadian Government abstained from voting.
