asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he will state the number of agreement men employed in the dockyard at Malta; and what increase has taken place during the last year?

Mr. Lindsay

There are at present 130 English workmen serving under agreement in His Majesty's Dockyard, Malta, this number representing an increase of three over last year's figure.
