asked the Minister of Transport whether he can make a grant to the Glamorgan County Council or local authorities in Glamorgan, towards making a road to each of the elementary and secondary schools in the county where there is no properly constructed road leading to such schools?

Any application by the council for a grant will be considered on its merits.
