§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part of the question, it would be within the competence of the board to deal with the marketing of Palestine citrus, but it will be for them to settle their own programme. I clearly cannot commit them in advance.
