asked 'the Minister of Transport whether in connection with the list of major by-pass works set out in Appendix II of the Road Estimates, Class VI, 15, he can state the present average daily tonnage of traffic passing through the towns which it is proposed to by-pass, that is to say, Northwich, Formby, Church Stretton, Mickleham, Crawley, Erdington, Coventry, and Kilmarnock?
