Stapledon and his staff at the Aberystwyth University college, reveals the fact that, owing to rural depopulation, of 4,500,000 acres of agricultural land in Wales only 16,0o0 acres are first-class pasture, and that by improvements outlined in the survey it would be possible to more than double the present stock-carrying capacity of Wales; and what steps he proposes to take to give effect to the proposals outlined in the survey?
