§ Mr. LloydI have seen a news report of the proceedings referred to and am informed by the Commissioner of Police, who has caused inquiries to be made, that the police who visited the ship while it was in London emphatically deny that any order was given that the literature in question should be burned. The second part of the question accordingly does not arise.
