§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI am not sure that I understand the precise nature of my hon. Friend's question. Such arrangements have for example been established between Dunlops and Dunlop Rubber plantations in Malaya, and between various grocery companies and certain tea companies. Several other examples could be given. Such arrangements appear to me to be matters for the businesses concerned rather than for Governments, but if my hon. Friend will let me know exactly what information he requires I will endeavour to supply it.
