Mr. DAY

asked the Minister of Labour whether he will state separately the total number of unemployed men and women over the age of 18, resident in the borough of Southwark and registered at the Wal-worth Road (Borough) Employment Exchange at the last convenient date; and also the statistics of the numbers that were applying for unemployment allowances?

Mr. E. BROWN
