asked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to the case of Clarence Guy Gordon Haddon, who was convicted at the Old Bailey on the 17th January, 1935, for breach of recognisance under the Probation of Offenders Act, 1907; and whether, as this prisoner was not brought into court by an ordinary summons

each year. The Redundant Assets Account was, at 31st December, 1934, written down from accrued profits to £209,596, and it is anticipated that it will be further written down a to £57,000 from the profits of the year 1935.
