§ Viscount CRANBORNEIn reply to a question asked by my hon. and gallant Friend on 26th February last, I gave a list of countries, not members of the League, with whom His Majesty's Government normally maintain diplomatic relations. That list was intended to cover those foreign countries to or from which diplomatic representatives are accredited. The Yemen is a sovereign independent State with which His Majesty's Government are in cordial treaty relations, and I am happy to take the opportunity of making this quite clear.
