§ Viscount CRANBORNENo conditions are attached to the invitation to Germany, as will be seen from a reference to the terms of the communiqué issued on 23rd July. As regards the second part of the question, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the statement on this subject made by my right hon. Friend in the course of last Monday's Debate.
