MORRISONThe exact number of promotions from the "S" Class to the general and departmental clerical classes during the year ended 31st March, 1936, will not be known until certain statistics which are collected annually have been tabulated. From such information as is available, however, it appears that the number of such promotions during the year in question was in the neighbourhood of 1,300.
