asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether in the event of petitions being lodged against Poland under the Minorities Treaties, they are, or are not, still regarded as acceptable?

Petitions arising out of the Minorities Treaty with Poland, if they are receivable under the rules applicable to such petitions, are now as in the past dealt with by the ordinary procedure and referred in each case to a committee of three.
