§ Mr. RHYS DAVIESasked the Minister of Health whether he will consider introducing legislation to amend the National Health Insurance Scheme to remedy the anomaly whereby young persons entering into employment are insured for unemployment purposes forthwith, whereas they do not enter health insurance until they arrive at 16 years of age, and especially in view of the suggestion now made that non-manual workers in receipt of up to £400 per annum wages shall be insured for unemployment purposes who are not covered by the National Health Insurance Scheme?
§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREI would refer the hon. Member to the statement made by my right hon. Friend on this subject in this House on the 10th December last.
