§ Sir S. HOAREIf my hon. Friend has, any specific case of delay in mind I shall be happy to make inquiries if he will furnish me with particulars. But I would point out that arrangements are made to deal with the increased demand for passports during the summer months, and I am satisfied that these arrangements meet all reasonable requirements.
